Ah, I see I put 288 last time, that was an error, shoulda been 298 soz :-) Did a CN last night, 301 this morning. Fasting for a couple of days seems to do me no good whatsoever. Nor do I lose inches. My body seems to like this weight :-( I', eating this weekend, probably back to fasting on Monday. All LC anyway, usually ULC so it is odd I'm not burning fat off.

Maybe its the fasting thats making your body hold on to what its got!
Maybe just count cals and eat every meal.

I have back trouble. Walking, and sitting, give me severe problems. I went for a walk in Bushy Park this week, about an hour, lovely with all the huge deer in their antlers and finery. Despite the rain, the ground was rather harder than I expected so I smear freeze gel on my lower back and put a sandwich apron on backwards over it to press on it and that helps loads with the pain. I spent the next day or so like that. Lots of walking is not an option unless the ground's just right, sadly. I have a pair of Kybuns but never really got on with them.

have you tried yoga or chair yoga for your back. I used to have a really bad back. and I started yoga. perhaps it will help you too. I hope all goes well and there is no more pain. ā¤
