Took a half serving of De-Lite from MM this morning. I think I drank it too fast cause I felt nauseated on the bus a little until I got the air out of me. if this goes ok I will take another scoop when I get home before the gym and the same tomorrow and saturday and then sunday I will up it to the 2 scoops. A little afraid of taking that much at once. its just a lot of caffine..Hoping this works. My scale is not saying pleasing things And there is no reason for it. I really want to meet my monthly goal of the 269 by the end of the month it's totally doable but I've been doing a dance on 276.6 for 16 days. A growly dance at least.
