decided to start weighin myslf soon as i get outta bed in the morning..and mr scales is puttin a smile on my face today...GOOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE !!!!..its a start to gettin back into a more positive mood...guess the extra workouts in the afternoon are helpin....yeap time to crawl outta that nice warm bed once again..didnt want to ..just wanted to stay in an get another hour or so of winks...not sure how cold it is outside..but house feels cool...so im sure its probly cold like yesterday morning...the sun did shine alot yesterday afternoon, but was still cold..i did open the curtains to let the sun in, made me think it was nicer outside..i like my new scales, i messed with em yesterday just to try something..i was drinkin my water like usual, an stepped on the scales...got a reading...went to potty room and drained a kidney..came bck an got on the scales and i was down a pound..i was kinda shocked that i would loose that much just from going to potty room...the things we learn!!!!!...hahahahaha...o well need to get up an eat some breakfast, im actually hungry today...get that in an over with , then layer up an head out for a morning walk, then get a gym workout over with, have several errands to do today...but no returns to the store..so thats a good thing...hope everyone is enjoyin ther time off !!!!..have a great day...catch you all later...
morning walk over with..gym workout over with..could only stay on bike for 20 min so did 2x3o on treadmill..was hard to even get a workout done this morning..for some reason..just tired...gettin ready to do some errands..already 15,100 steps...so im sure today will be a high day with steps again
