Sorry I've been so quiet...got back in town and had a ton to do. I'll be starting my new job in a couple of weeks and I need to make sure everything is squared away. Plus the holidays take up a lot of time. I have been reading over the journals...keep up the good work...I know the temptations we will be facing and it is okay to indulge...just try to get some exercise in there too....I actually haven't worked out in a few days and I'm still losing...no idea how that is happening...but I"ll take it. Well hope you all have a HAPPY AND HEALTHY THANKSGIVING!!!
