Best protein day EVER!
Journal Entry #9 ----Here is a new entry I would like everyone to do!
-DVD #3?? Is it harder than #2? DUH!
-Do the DVDs progress at a good pace?? Yep, tho the 90 second wait is a bit long.
-DVD #3?? Hardest part?? Dude... the freaking pushups, up for jogging in place, down for hanging man's, up for jogging in place, down for pushups, up for... GAAAAHHH
-Favorite new food that you eat now?? I eat more turkey than ever before.
-Any foods you are tired of... I'm sick to death of soup.
The holidays had no affect on me.
I've had a very bad eating weekend. I have eaten too much all damned weekend(before today that is). I'm pretty disappointed in myself, I ate too much because of inattention a time or two, and just miscalculating on other occasions. I'm going to do better. I missed last nights workout thanks to work, guess I need to get in some extra workouts over the next few days to make up for it.
