Of all the stupid things I could have done. I ended up cooking a polish sausage to prevent it from going bad, and I ended up eating the ENTIRE thing! I recorded it and the numbers ARE NOT good. That throws all my exercise out the window! I really need to get a grip on this. :(

You did make me laugh. Bless your heart. My only suggestion is for you to start following a low carb regimen and not a low calorie regimen. You might find that the proteins are what you are craving... not the carbs.

Check out Protein Power. Not as strict as Atkins. Or... put in a Amazon request for the Calorie Myth book that is a pre-order as they are good people and will push veggies and meat so you don't worry about eating what you crave.

This reminds me of a popular mantra - my body is not a garbage bin. As much as I hate being wasteful, esp when it comes to food, some food belongs in the gabage bin and not in my body. You tried to save sausage from the bin and harmed your body by overeating. Not worth the money you saved and unfortunately will not stop world hunger either. Now that the damage is done, don't blame yourself and count today as "refeeding" :)
