Turkey Day over.
So I didn't do too bad today. My mother was late with the festivities, so I cooked some bacon and italian sausage to hold me over till 4. I follow a low carb diet so its less about calories and more about avoiding certain foods. I had the Turkey, and the ham and some greens and avoided the cranberry's and all the desserts (my mom's sweet potato pie is amazing) but i couldn't avoid the Mac and Cheese. I had to have a scoop of it, but I am proud to say i stayed at one helping and no more. This is one of the problem with daily weigh-ins. I feel good about what I did today but the scale is going to punish me in the morning! Ah well, I am very interested to see how much a gain from ONE scoop of mac and cheese!
