Still have my sore hamstring but it's almost better. When Nic goes back to boarding school I'm hoping it will be better and I can resume the bar classes and running again. It's getting better every day but in the meantime I'm Trying to be good about the diet but it's just really hard. Everything I like has carbs and I can only have 40 a day😥
