I went to a wedding yesterday with so many temptations. Booze was flowing the entire time. The cocktail hour was fierce. I did have a couple of fried shrimp and small pigs in a blanket, but I was able to mostly avoid the carbs and eat fish. I even had Sea bass for dinner. My weight had been going up the two previous days, which I was pissed about because although I wasn't completely carb clean, my calories were low and i went to the gym! Anyway, I've lost most of what I gained on the scale this morning and have an official weigh in tomorrow.
Today, I was pretty good. Good breakfast, clean dinner and snacks. The dinner was a burrito bowl from machismo, so you never know if something unsage is in there, but from what i can tell it was pretty clean. Hopefully I can break out of the 290's soon.
