Fasting a.m. blood sugar 123; weight 168.9. Didn't do exercise yesterday -- shows up! Grandson spent the night. Ate Keto waffles for breakfast with blackberries instead of syrup. Hubby picked mustard greens for lunch. He also picked blackeyed peas for tomorrow's lunch. I had some apples to use up, so I baked a low carb apple crisp (291 calories, fat 28.3, net carbs 6.8) Ate it with 2 tbsp coconut milk. It was almost too sweet so next time I will cut down the amount of Monk fruit sweetener. It called for 1/2 c. in the apple mixture and 1/2 cup in topping. I think 1/4 c. in both would have been best.
