GOOOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!..hard to remember what day it is with all the holidays in the middle of the week...but here it is friday again..the end to another busy week for alot of you...just another day for me..lol..and another day of wakin up an thinkin about how i want to change my outlook on exercising an eating so that i can be more committed to stayin on track...already been on the scales..an no change..but...i really think tomow it will show a loss...or thats what im tellin myslf anyways...ive been keepin track of my weight since i got the new scales on a daily chart..an i been averaging about a 1/2 pound per day..and with each day i try an make wiser food choices to get my points about the same, with less calories...and that seems to be workin for me...i had to make a trip to the gym yesterday afternoon to get a new key for the upcoming year..they change locks first of the year each year to cut down on the people not payin...an i got to thinkin yesterday i need to get bck on track of being in the mood to go to the gym on a more regualar basis..here lately i been havin to force myslf to go and after i get ther, then im fine with it..but i shouldnt have to force myslf..i should want to go..i should focus more on how all the exercise is helpin me to work off the hand to mouth exercises that i so much enjoy doing...lol...something that really helps me stay focused more on fs is the food menu..i can type in what im having, which on most days is about the same..an i can see right in front of me my points, sodium intake, net carbs, protein, fat, fiber...it keeps track of all that for you...so its just a simple matter of tweakin here an there..to get better numbers each day...and then once i set it up, usually first thing in the morning..i try my best to stick with it...yes sometimes i have a change of meals, but when i do i try an make it healthy ones..i dont eat out alot cause i kno its to easy to get off course...an if i do eat out...salad is what i order even at a fast food place...with water...no ice...i want all the liquid i can get in my glass...this is a new year for me...as it is for all of you...a new start and a chance to get more focused on what i or we want to accomplish...i didnt expect it to take me this long, like most i thought i could figure how long it would take to get the weight off...but ive learned that the weight comes off when its replaced by muscle...more muscle, less fat, more toned body...and a healthier one at that...i was always pretty active when i was younger, i didnt every go out for sports, that just didnt seem to interest me, but i was never heavy until after i got married...seems like the good cooking is hard to pass by...and you get comfortable with the lifestyle i guess...after the divorces, here you are all nice an overweight an tryin to get your body back to like it was when you was younger...something that most people want, but in reality, something thats hard to do...something thats possible, if you want to put the work into it..like you did when you set at the table an was devoted to eating everything on your plate..im still just as focused as i was when i first started on fs...i kno that the weight will come off, but it will come off when i build the muscle to replace the fat...so im gonna focus more on workin out with jillian in the afternoons and try to build that core muscle to replace the flab in the middle of my body...i kno i can do it...i have been doing it for the last week or so..just takes time an being patience...so thats the end to this journal today until later when i have more to add on...lol...have a great day everyone!!!...enjoy the exercising and the healthy food you choose...and lets all do the best we can everyday to be healthier then we was in 2008 !!!!
morning walk over with added an extra 1000 steps on this morning..10 extra minutes of walking..now headed to the gym to get that workout started..feeling very focused once again!!!!..i can see the light at the end of the journey...and the new healthier me standing ther!!! back from the gym..did 2x30 on bike, then a 20min on bike...so far today with the walk an the gym exercise i have 23601 in steps..and its only 846am...lol...called friend thinkkin since its gonna be nicer today we could split some wood, but hes sick again..with whatever is going around..so i better stay away from his house an all the germs..lol...im feelin so great and so focused once again...guess its knowing its a new year and refocusing on what i want to achieve..

DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!! 8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!! 9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!! 10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!! 11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!! 12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!! 13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!! 14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!! 15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!! 16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
