Well! I made it through my big party Saturday with barely an error...although the BBQ may have had some sugar in it I didn't use sauce. Sunday morning I had one slip-up, when the leftover Oreo pie called me and I answered. But I got right back on track Sunday night with a scallop/quinoa/asparagus meal and I have been fine since. And lost 2 pounds! All done with the food intolerance trials, now it's time for Cycle 3. I learned I really should avoid all four foods (dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten). Yippee lol...
