Whats wrong?
I am eating as healthy as possible, doing sports, riding by bike to work instead of taking the bus and produce a deficit in calories of 500 to 1000 a day...
And I am not loosing weight!!!

Perhaps my muscles are growing, or full of water since they are not used to sports? I hope so. Wanted to look good until Christmas since its summer here and that means, Christmas at the beach!! Ahhh! I don't know what to do, that's not very motivating that the scales just pretend as if I was still eating chocolate and Pizza every day..
