GOOOOOOOOOD SATURDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...just wakin up..wanted to roll over an get another hour or 2 of sleep...was still tired from all the steps yesterday..that was my highest number of steps since i started walking..kept up an moving yesterday was hopin to hit 25,000, but just didnt quite make it...for anyone out ther that walks, or runs and doesnt have a pedometer, i suggest buyin a pedometer..its a good way of tracking your steps and very motivational to keep you up an moving thru the day...just last summer i was only doing 16,000 ..so the more you move, the more you add on as you build up your legs..i ahhh...had to say goodbye to jillian yesterday...her time with me was up...i hated to see her leave the house...id gotten use to seeing her in the afternoons...at times i felt like she was just more workout then i could keep up with...just couldnt seem to get into the grove with her..so i helped her make sure she had everything in her case..helped get her to the suv..and we said our good byes...an then drove her bck to her place...the library...mabye later down the road i can ask for her again, and she will call me when she gets in once again..on to today...not sure what im gonna do today..have a few things to do outside that i been puttin off cause just not warm enough to do em...today is gonna be the last of the decent days for the next week..so might try an get a few of the things done today...need to rake some more leaves up..yeap thats right..some of
cobra's leaves made it to my house an now i have to bag em for her...lol...got a vent that needs rewrapped..plastic that i use to cover it each year couldnt stand up to all the wind we have had over the last several weeks...and not sure right now what else i can get done...but gonna try an keep busy...was on the scales today...no change..guess my body is catchin up to all the downward movement its been going thru this last week...was alittle disappointed when it didnt show a change..but happy at the same time it didnt show a gain either...soooooo...guess i need to get up an get this day started...

13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
