goooooood sunday morning everyone!!!...got up to do a workout, but all i want to do is crawl bck into bed an go back to sleep...not sure if its rainin outside...tv says its 51...an showin rain movin acrost state...my body just dont feel like it wants to go walkin today...not sure whats up with that...usually by this time im layered up an ready to rock down the road...not really tired...just not in the mood to exercise again today...guess my body just needs time off...catch you all later...


MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Good morning, twin! I'm sure you'll get some kind of workout in today. Because you believe in #15 on your list! Hey, even if you just take a stroll around the block, it's still moving! You don't have to go full-speed all the time. I think you're just missing Jillian. ;) Have a great day!

thanks twin for remindin me of #15 !!! ...got down on the floor an did some crunches an pushups...to get a short routine in ...hopefully i can add that into a daily routine..

Do I hear a "rut" coming on??? Remember what you always tell me... switch things up a bit... tweak it my friend!! C'mon, the Mike I know doesn't get out of the spirit... you're my hero bud!!! Push yourself to find something that you enjoy. (((Hugs)))

not really in an exercise rut..i use to take off on the weekends to give my body a needed rest after a 5 day exercise routine i give it..an was just thinkin if i could get bck into that, then mabye i wouldnt have to take off in the middle of the week cause im just to tired to go on...but i have been thinkin that monday im gonna get off the bike and do the elliptical for my workout to make it a different workout..wish i could find a machine to put my belly up against to give it a good workout...mabye shake the flab off...lol..

the machine im talkin about i seen in a movie last night..has the big belt that goes around your body an shakes you..probly dont make them any longer ..lol..

Oh yeah! I remember seeing those. My DH said that his mother had one when he was little!

OMG !!! M Grandmother had one of those belty vibraty thingies ! LMAO! I remember trying to do it when I was a little kid, and it made me itchy and tickly from the vibration ! LMAO... What a riot ! HAHA

Hey, Mike! Sounds like a "rest" from a workout on a Sunday morning isn't the worst thing! Maybe the exercise you do later in the day won't feel like exercise at all. It will just be something fun you "happened" to be doing! Hope you had a great Sunday!

thanks everyone...i got on the floor sunday morning an did crunches an pushups and just took rest of the day off...615 on steps...lol...tomarrow is a new day
