goooooooood monday morning..getting ready to layer up an do a morning walk ...32 outside and alot of the snow that had been on the ground has melted..which means the ice is gone as well...so gonna layer up an do a morning walk for a change...im really lookin forward to it...so...need to get with it...and get this day started...in the 40s today...but by friday they are callin for a winter mix...not good...but what you gonna do...get the workouts while you can...an take a break when you have to...well...need to get up an layered up...eat breakfast an head out...have a great one..

thanks cathy back from a 2.5 mile walk...sidewalks still covered in some places...but easy fix..walk in the street next to curbs...just right for a morning walk...really felt great to get one in for a change...

Gosh loosin, I don't know how you do it....and it's so cold out! Guess my Florida blood is too thin to stand those temperatures. I don't even remember the last time I walked that far! Glad you enjoyed and were able to get out there in the fresh, brrrrrr, air. Have a marvelous evening loosin.

Good Morning! You sleeping in today? I am with Barbara. I just don't know how you can walk in the cold. I just hate being cold. Just loving my new car starter. I don't have to get in a cold car and I am just so grateful for that. Have a great day and will try to get back her later!!
