The scale continues to go in the right direction. I think some of my stress is about to go away as I have a new coworker who is familiar with the job! And on top of that she wants to walk with me at lunch several days a week. i think we are going to be good for each other. It has been almost 5 months since I had a coworker full time to help me. maybe I won't be stress eating as much.
