Zakata's Logboek, 17 nov 20

(11/17) Over on the carb as usual. Woke up cold and had one of the 2 hot choc packs leftover from last year. Comes with tiny little pseudo marshmallows. But at least I didn't add mini mallows to it as I have done most often in past years. Plus a non-low carb sandwich with white bread and the wrong lunchmeat. Scale exactly the same today, 157.2. Not bad considering I expected it higher. More and more, for me at least, I'm thinking it has to be the carbs since the overall calories are consistently under. I've lost 36 lbs since Jan '19. Lower carbs have worked fine for me so far but I really need to work harder on dropping them a bit lower. I'm thinking December 1st I need to wake up with my big girl panties on and cut the carbs way lower. My 5yr old inner self whines but, but, but, I don't drink Cokes, I haven't had candy, chips, cake, donut, spaghetti, hot dogs, piles of potato. Then the big girl says ok, I lost 36 by cutting all that out but if I can't get it together to cut a bit more, I'm going to continue the spinning wheels trend. ARRRAAAGH!
