well i did break oof phase one last night... I has pizza huy cheezy bites piza. I was having the worst day ever!! PLUS it was V-day so it made me feel even worse that I was hacving a bad day. but i followed good all day so i still managed to lose more weight (thank god!!) thats all for now. here to 10 more off before my 3 year anniversary!
