Was good about my exercising yesterday. Today I stretched in the morning and went for a half-hour walk at noon, but I came home hungry so had lunch. No matter - lunch won't put me over.
Really don't seem to be changing my eating habits all that much, but still staying within calorie limits. Hopefully increased movement will make a difference.
Need to work on my affirmations.
