The challenge starts tomorrow. I'm excited about this morning's weigh-in since I'm 1/2 a pound under my goal for tomorrow's start of the 12 pounds in 12 weeks challenge. As I mentioned yesterday, it is a page turner. I started the new page in my yellow pad this morning. When I did that I noticed that on this new page is another milestone. When I've finished this page I'll have broken the 31.00 BMI. Actually on January 15 when I weigh-in it will be 221.5 and 30.89. Milestones are exciting as they are steps along the way to our goals. I encourage everyone to set mini-milestones and to keep everyone up to date as you accomplish even the smallest of milestones.
