I have eaten things like this under less than optimal circumstances. When they are toasted and seasoned they can be really good. You would never know what you are eating. Almost the whole world eats various kinds of “bugs” but us. Why you ask? Because they have nothing else. From a nutritional point of view many bugs are real power houses. Pure protein. For fun, go into AMAZON and you will be amazed a the number of bug type foods are flours are available. In our not too distant future we will join the rest of the world in appreciating bugs as an important food source.
