Day5!!! Im ok, I haven't cheated so that's telling you something. PMS is still really bad normally wine and chocolate would be my comfort but now I may have to try some herbal remedies to lighten my mood during these times. St Johns wort maybe? Off to do exersise tonight so cool bananas!.

Vit B complex, especially B12. Not the fake vitamins from walmart, you want to get a real, and natural vitamin like from Whole foods. Good Luck. I am going through PMS right now too, no craving =s though like I normally have, also in a good mood. vit B, Vit C together really help moods. You can do it!!
