official new year weight in. Not terrible but it is now time to focus and actually loose some weight. Health is number one, weight loss is second, but I believe they will go hand in hand. My biggest obstacle is taking the time to exercise. I know if I make it a priority I will do it. Happy Healthy New Year everyone!
