Staying steady still... I'm hoping that my decision to drink a lot more water will help me flush out my system and that the muscle I think I'm building in the gym will start to burn fat soon. Just gotta keep at it.
Part of my New Year's resolution is to TRACK ON THE WEEKENDS. I thought if I was really strict during the week I could just eat what I wanted on the weekend but I think that's part of what is causing me not to lose any weight. I WILL be a good girl and count calories this weekend.
