Honestly, I change diets more than I change clothes, and that is saying a lot! I can't seem to stick with one particular diet, which is so frustrating. I went to the doctor yesterday and apparently my recent 3 lb weight gain is because somehow I grew an inch (What?)and it is totally natural. I guess that is why my clothes still fit. These days, I'm focusing on exercise and healthy eating, with good carbs (fruits, veggies, legumes, whole grains). Wish me luck!

Good luck to you on your new adventure. If I may ask, how old are you that you grew an inch? I know with aging we shrink, but to grow an inch, you must be very young. Please have a very happy New Year.:)

Yup, your right. I was just courious. I though you may be on the younger side because of the growth. So, I am happy for you that you grew in inches and stayed the same. Hope your new journey works out for you.:)

Don't think of it as a diet... think of it as a lifestyle change. A diet is something we do for a short term goal (like a wrestler losing a few pounds to be a the top of the bottom weight bracket) a lifestyle change is something you do for the Long Term. Being Healthy NEEDS to be for the long term, so just focus on being healthy =)
