loosinisfun's Logboek, 12 jan 09

GOOOOOOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN EVERYONE !!!!...welp wakin up this morning all refreshed an ready to get out an do a morning walk...just got off the scales and ive lost the 3 extra pounds i put on since thursday of last week...when i ate out an enjoyed a different meal for a change and the salt that was hidden inside it...lol...i just look at my weight journal an wish that the scales i had been using before had been more accurate, then i wouldnt feel like i have so much to loose to get my chart back down to where i once thought i was...but on the bright side...when i thought i was way down there, i was loosin in inches so...guess its all worked out for the best...so...im ready to move downward...been tweakin my food journal more an more each day..tryin to cut out any foods that arent really doing me any good...empty calories...feelin very refreshed after being off for 2 days..i did do a little stretching yesterday just to keep from sittin around watchin tv all day...just amazes me how there can be so many channels on tv..an nothin to watch..or they are reruns...lol...o well..not sure whats on my plans for today i did call brian last night an ask him if he wanted to split wood today but he said he wouldnt kno till today...so...im gonna get my walk an gym workout in..an he can leave a message...lol...been tweakin my food menu all weekend an have been makin out a list of stuff to buy at the store tuesday, so i can get my fiber up and get more focused on what im eating...not had any sherbert in over a week..really proud of myslf...just in the last 2 or 3 days since i started eating more fiber..then i have felt fuller and i havnt been snackin between meals as much...an when i do, then i been eating protein or fruit...and its definately helpin...well need to get my butt up an moving..i want to be layered up an headed out at 5am for that morning walk...in the 20s right now an a wind chill...just another winter morning walk..lol..gotta get my walking in first part of the week, might be to cold to think about it by wednesday...so...catch you all later today...have a great monday !!!!

Yaaaaaawwwwwnnn! Goooooood morning! I soooooooooooooo agree with your observation about TV. I feel that "working with my hands" feeling coming on. I have created fourteen - count 'em ' fourteen sports scrapbooks for my college jock son. I feel another scrapbook coming on. You are great at staying busy with good old fashioned physical labor around your home. I say, "get to work" around the house as you usually do. The trouble is that once the sun sets, I feel like sitting passively instead of working productively! Do you find that to be the case?

lol...usually by 2-3pm c.f. ive already hit my high point of the day, an its all downhill after that...lol...ive even gotten in the habit of makin up my salad after lunch so that when its time for supper all i have to do is add the salad dressin and eat it..lol...

just got home from morning walk...3.43 miles..7509 steps..70 min...gettin ready to head to the gym for the next workout, and then hopefully do an afternoon walk inside..challenge my body since its had a 2 day resting period..

well just got home from the gym...did 2x25 on bike, 30 min on treadmill..steps so far...21523...and gonna do an after lunch walk inside...then..lol..rest rest rest...lol..
