I have been instructed by my couch to daily eat:

110 Proteins

158 Carbs

56 Fats

I can barely choke down eggs, unless it is drowning in ketchup. I never hit my numbers.
Anyone suggest daily menus for me?

Do you eat dairy? A good protein powder has about 25g and with milk it's more. Greek yogurt can have 15g and cottage cheese 13g. Also black beans have alot and I'm sure refried or any other kind of beans do too. Quinoa and hemp hearts are also good sources of protein.
