bigriggers's Logboek, 15 dec 20

Bit of a strange weigh in here. For the past few weeks I've been eating over my maintenance calories by about 200 (so 2000kcal total from my lowest weight). As such some weight gain was expected, though not this fast!!! I did start after I'd put my "water weight" back on which had me at around 145lb. I also bought new scales a couple of days ago which added around 4lb on. I think they are more accurate than my old ones. Anyway I'm comitted now and will continue to eat at a surplus until April 2021, though my target is about 2lb a month gain so will try to slow down.
69,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 32,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
