lmgeis's Logboek, 10 jan 14

I did not make it to the gym yesterday-just felt too tired. I slept ok yesterday I had to get up frequently to go the bathroom. I am at about 150grams of carbs today about 50 grams over the limit but still better than when I first started tracking my food on this site. I will be going to Barrefusion-if I get to the gym in time- before by personal training session with Theresa today. Saturday I will go to Yoga basics and on Sunday the same. That will be 3 days of workouts this week not the 5 in my plan but butter than none.
