Started the day off with irresistible homemade zucchini bread. Yogurt can wait until tomorrow. A co-worker brought a loaf in and I can never resist. I had a Morrocan apricot and turkey stew for lunch. Yum. "Diet" is not being followed too well.
I joined a few challenges today. Hopefully that will help me reach my goal. Overindulgence is still at my heels.
