I had a decent day just took it east on my self i tried not to be perfect. I know each day will get easier. the protien will help with the sugar craving. I fell of the wagon over the holidays but that ok it could of been worse. I'm looking forword to the challange of getting my self ready for my favorite season spring, I will be thinner and in a better place so looking forward and not behind me.
