The gym population has suddenly doubled! Ack! Good for them, though I hope they keep at it. This will be like a little competition for me to stick it out longer than all these resolutioners. Yeah I know that's not a word.
Tuna has kinda been my go-to hunger stopper lately but I should probably find something else with all the worry about mercury and sustainable fisheries... Maybe I should roast a bunch of tofu at the beginning of the week and refrigerate it so I have something ready when I get home from the gym.
