Today is the start of week 3 of our challenge.
I'm sure there's been some losses and some gains. It's all apart of the learning process.
I myself am still learning what makes me retain water and what makes me lose. So don't see a gain as bad. See it as a chance to learn about your body. I encourage everyone to remember to always do small things for yourself. I found that this helps break up the monotony of constant routine.
