I think I'm plateauing at this point.🤷🏽♀️ I'm going to try and buckle down on my carbs a bit more and see what happens.🤔 I have been eating a bit more carbs than I normally have. We'll see in about a week if carbs was the culprit.😅
On a side note I haven't been as active lately. Due to being more hands on with my mother's health. So I do apologize for not being as supportive as of late. My mother recently lost her sight. So it's been a bit difficult for me to focus on my goals. I know the stress of doing everything is probably why I'm plateauing. However, I just have to find my center. Hopefully they will be able to restore sight back in one of her eyes. Her surgery for that is today and therefore I won't be back on here today. Sorry to dump my crap on you guys.😩

So glad to hear surgery went well!!! Hang in there Cutey, cuteness!!! Don't worry about the exercise. Just try to keep in your cals if you can. Slow is better than nothing! I will keep praying for your mom! Hoping you will receive great news in 3 weeks!!!
