scottle's Logboek, 14 jan 14

It was an early morning and I didn't have time to reheat the food I had ready for breakfast. I almost passed out when I had to go to the doctor to give a vial of blood and get a few immunizations. I won't make that mistake again! Luckily, there was a grocery store nearby and I found some beef sticks and mozzarella sticks to keep me going. Not exactly steak/eggs today, but at least I didn't ruin my diet by reaching for those simple carbs! Back on track for dinner with some leftover pot roast and some "hot chocolate" made of coconut oil/milk, water and some unsweetened cocoa powder.
