Primalkid's Logboek, 14 jan 14

Just a quick entry today on the workout. It went really well and took me an hour. I love the military presses, and for not having straps the RDL's went exceptionally well. I used a mixed grip and alternated the hands for each set which really helped keep up some heavier loads. Must say that after last weeks strap-breaking fiasco, I am really loving today's workout.
