so nothing I did worked. I was up at 319 on Monday and feeling bad about it. decided the only thing I could do was change the timing of my food as I had changed everything else and nothing worked. so since Tuesday I've been doing intermittent fasting. 20:4 meaning no food for 20 hours and eat during the 4 hour time. seems to be working as I'm down an astounding (to me anyway) 12 pounds in just over 2 days. So, I put my eating window at 6pm til 10pm. that way I can sleep 8 hours of the fast away lol. it basically means to me don't eat til after work which seems to be working lol
