I don't know, today I feel bloated??? not sure why. I've been going great staying under 1300cal for the past 4days. I think it may just be a "women thing". hmmmmm Im proud of myself for a few reasons 1. STARTING AGAIN!!! that I found the courage after several disappointments 2. taking time out to plan. i think this is where i've failed in the past 3. staying on track for 4 days. It's the little accomplishments that mean the most. 4. making my children aware of the importance of a good healthy diet. no one ever did that for me. 5. staying off the scale! that should have been the first one. lol I can't believe i've never weighed myself since Monday! I know this doesn't seem like a big deal but it's huge for me!! I weigh myself too often. When I get up, when I get back from work and sometimes again right before I go to sleep whew! so not weight myself in 2 mornings is a big deal. I think this may have been another down fall for me. When I didn't see a lose or as much of a lose that I thought I should have, I just said to myself mentally WHY EVEN BOTHER. So by not weighing i won't know when I have bad days during the week. I will weigh myself Saturday Jan.8. we'll see. 6. Started my Exercise video yesterday. It's a walking video.
Well that's all I can think of at the moment. Hopefully I'll be back on Saturday with another journal to report my big lose... Pray for me.
