Fasting blood sugar 123; weight 163.7
Plan: Eat regular today and over weekend. Start back on IF/keto/low calorie on Monday.
Yippee! I did it! I lost back down to 165 by New Years and am starting 2021 at a new low weight, 163.7, and paid my new clothes cache $3. Short term goal is 160 by end of January. Paying myself $1 every day I didn't eat more than 1000 calories worked this past week so while I keep that motivation, I will add to it by paying myself fifty cents every day I eat below my RDI of 1203. That way, I can fast 3-4 days a week and still be motivated on the days I don't fast.
I didn't plan to keep track of what I ate today, and just enjoyed the day with son's family. We played a new game they got for Christmas called Mysterium. Complicated finding out how to play, but next time we will do better! As near as I can guess, this is today's eating stats:
Macros 29/58/13; calories 1650; fiber 21.2; net carbs 97.35.
Tomorrow morning will reveal the truth when I step on the scales. I expect to work hard on keto/IF next week to make up for today's eating fun!
