I ate more today than in the last few days but still have a deficit. So will see what my weight does tomorrow and also take measurements so i can compare incase my weight has gone up. I didnt feel well yesterday so i ate alot less than usual(lucky i'm not an emotional eater i eat less when i feel crap) So maybe thats why i'm more hungry today and making up for it!
