Im not sure how to add an entry on the challenges but I've been doing pretty good this week. I am logging all my meals and drinking a minimum of 48 oz of water daily which is really hard for me since I don't drink a lot of anything. I am not doing so hot on personal exercise but I hit 13332 steps on Monday and have been doing about 7000 daily. I used to only be able to do about 3000 because of my back problems and fibromyalgia. I have been taking care of my 2-year-old grandson the last 2 months and have lost 4 lbs just by chasing him and playing with him. Now that they have moved out I will be with him only about 4 hours a day but that makes me really tired. I live in a very cold climate so walking depends on the weather for me but I am adjusting to it. I am also trying to get to sleep earlier and get up earlier. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
