I am going to have to really figure out what I can eat and when I should eat it. I will have to purchase a protein powder from LTF the vegan max I think it is called. to avoid the whey protein in my current protein powder. And maybe do that for breakfast on the way to work. I will also have to start purchasing Silk almond milk. both spendy items but worth it if I begin to finally loose weight. At mom and Dads yesterday they had my favorites, chop beef, deviled eggs, garlic pickles, nachos with cheese ( could eat the corn chips) and shrimp coctail (I could eat the shrimp without the sauce)But I did feel deprived not being able to eat the other things I love.

today I did not have time to eat breakfast because I slept so late. So I just had coffee. my little tortilla sammy for lunch at work and a few slices of bacon for supper this morning will only add up to about 600 calories - way under my RDA. At this rate I will have to loose weight (by starving myself to death) or I will fall off the wagon and eat foods that I am sensitive to!
