I actually started this on January 7, so that it has been almost two weeks and I have lose 8 lbs. I plan to continue to keep track of what I eat, actually keeping food diary now helps me to make better choices and to think about what I'm eating. Need to work on more fruits and vegetables, fresh if I can, and increasing exercise.
