Primalkid's Logboek, 20 jan 14

Today's workout went excellent, and I was able to increase the weight on my static holds even with the extra 3 seconds! Awesome. Also, woke up feeling good, so my Sunday macros worked out really well. Finally, my weight was still 160 lbs, so I will stick with my old macros.
