My protein was really good, calories really good, carbs over, but that doesn't happen often. Had a good day off with my son, and got a ton of cleaning done. Went through all of his clothes, all of my clothes, got rid of everything that was too big and put our too small clothes away for now. At least we can find all of our clothes now!
Tried on a pair of size 16 pants that had been a struggle to fasten in the past. Haven't tried them on in a couple of months, and they slid on easily and fastened just as easily. Score!
