Feel great, I lost one pound. It might sound disappointing for some. But for me its pretty good, due to what I have gone through last week.
last Monday(not yesterday ;) ) I tried to do the Soldier of Steel program, it had a lot of workouts which my body was not used to. Squats, Air squats, frog hops, etc ... So after I finished the worked my muscles where soreeee, and I had a huge pain the following days back problems legs hurt, basically everything, which caused me not to workout out until yesterday, so u could a week with no workout.
The second big thing I had last week was the I prepared my meals for the whole week even with healthy snacks between meals ( First time ), spend yesterday 2 hours to prepare the meals for this week. Started running yesterday. Running today at my lunch break. Am optimistic to see results next week.
