No change in weight this week but I am noticing a difference in my body. Missed the gym last Friday but DH and I did a 40 minute cardio routine at home on Saturday, and I also got to the gym Tuesday night. Overall, I'm 'feeling' the exercise... ie. sore shoulders, ab's, legs, and I'm watching what I eat, unfortunately it's just not showing on the scale. It will come I guess.
Snowshoeing afternoon planned for Saturday so I'm looking forward to that! :)
