WooHooo!! In the 250's again!
I am really excited because all it took was a little more exercise and a little less food. It's also cutting the alcohol consumption even more than I had. I've really thought it out this time regarding exercise. I got into a major accident several years back as a result, exercise has been hard. I cut down to walking and some weight lifting. My right knee would swell up even after a short mile walk so I began riding my beach cruiser more. It seems to be working so I will do this every day even if it's for a short ride. After I get into the 190's there will be less strain on my knee and I will start a running program. ANY TIPS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE?
