We actually got some snow last night - about 1.5 inches worth. Very pretty but doesn't stick together well enough to make snow balls or snowmen. :( I am going to try to sled down our front hill with my dd. Don't know how well that will work. We don't have snow sleds, etc. Just going to use a box cut up and see how it goes.
I have been bouncing all over the place with weight this month. I know it doesn't show it on my chart. I only record when I lose, to many ups and downs to record every day. Hopefully February will be a much better month. I=My dh bday was this past Friday and we celebrated with family and friends Saturday. I went off plan and ate one of the special ordered Chocolate Mousse cupcakes. It was delicious but 40 carbs just for it.
I think I am finally back in to ketosis now and will start to lose again, fingers crossed. I don't indulge much but I think everyone has to allow themselves times to do so or whatever diet they are on just will not work. You cannot stay 100% on plan 24/7 365days a year without feeling deprived. I may not purposefully plan for indulgent days or off plan days, but I won't get down on myself when I have them. Just kick the dirt off and start fresh again. Well, that's my 2 cents worth.
